Thanks to everyone who came along and made it a great day. Do you want to keep the filters? Would you like to see more active travel measures? We believe that the active neighbourhood needs to include more measures to make boundary roads more welcoming to pedestrians. We also believe that more streets could benefit from modal filters being placed. If you agree, please do consider signing our petition for further active travel measures. Also, if you haven't yet responded to the council's consultation on the filters - please do ASAP. The council will use people's responses to decide whether or not to keep the filters and make more changes to promote active travel. What are you waiting for - respond to the consultation here. Until our next update, take care. Streets for People - Levenshulme and Burnage
